I am new to the forum, it looks like you have a great bunch of motivated
people on board and that is great. I will need the motivation.
I have a 3 year old daughter who just loves to run circles around me. I would
love to keep up with her. I also need to lose 50 lbs so that I can get health
insurance. You can't get health insurance in America if you are self-
employed and over weight. What a great country I live in
I am filming my weight lose experience on youtube. Check it out.

About the videos, I was scared, and I had been thinking of doing a vlog for a long time. I am glad I started. I want to document this experience for my daughter so that she can grow up knowing that hard work pays off.
Actually, talking to the camera while riding my bike really takes my mind off of what I am doing, and time flies by.

Well, for me. If I am listening to music - my attention is there. I have no clue what I would do without music for workouts
