Tae bo sounds good.
I'd love to give that a try myself so I may go about finding a link to order that tape you got.
In anycase what works for me so far is walking and the good old trusty stationary bike.
Also don't feel too overwhelmed by the amount of weight you have to lose.
The phrase "you get what you put in" is really so true.
All that weight can be off of you in 6 months or 8 with the right
diet and exercise and not just a
diet such as cutting back and depriving yourself no, but a lifestyle change
diet that you can live with and not be starving with.
It seems you already know this which is good.
Yeah though to lose a lot of weight its not really as overwhelming as it seems.
If one is willing to put in the work its really only a matter of months to acheive your dreams and your
goal.
If one isn't willing to put in the work they can suffer for years by stagnating and procrastinating.
Sure we all have bad days and miss our exercise due to work or screw up now and again and eat a bit too much but its getting back on the horse and pushing forward that saves us.
Hard work and making a true decision that we will stick to wins this race.
Remember fortune favors the bold and we who would make such decisions to win at the game of
weight loss with hard work and never say die committment are the bold ones.
