My Dieting Experience

Hi I haven't been here for a while but I will post about my dieting course.

I began at 111 Kg (244 Lb) in June 2006 and now I am at 86 KG (189Lb) and will finish at 80 Kg (176Lb) hopefully by mid or late October.

Right now I am on 1600 calories and two hours of brisk walking daily. I count the calories very strictly to ensure that I don't go overboard and I use nutritional supplements each day, one day a multivitamin and the next a multivitamin/multimineral pill. They alternate.

I don't eat any cakes, chocolates, biscuits or fried food and that leaves margins for plenty of good nutritious food.

Under these conditions I didn't find dieting to be particularly difficult but I had periods of rest and one where I lost control and regained 5 Kg (90---> 95 Kg)
