Hi everyone, I started my new food plan 3 days ago and want to lose 15
pounds. I am committed to a new way of eating and believe I can stick to a low calorie
diet that is low in carbs but not carb-free and low in saturated fats. Wish me luck. Last
diet I did was Adkins where I lost but I could not stay away from carbs..The weight came back quickly.
I have to start including exercise. That is my downfall. I used to go to the
gym but have to psyche myself up to go back.
