Hello Everyone,

Only happened upon the site tonight but wanted to join, seems like a very supportive place. I had lost a significant amount of weight some years ago, but it is slowly creeping back. Just turned 23 and birthdays always seem to make a person take a closer look at thier lives. Definately sooner is a better time to start loosing weight and getting fit than later, right?
