Hi everyone,
My name is Wim, I'm a belgian 20 year old male constantly trying to get a better
body. I'm a powerlifter (you could compare it with weight training) and I do
sports 4-6 times a week..which is 3-4 times weight lifting, and the other
sports is tennis or running. I have succesfully lost 5-6% of bodyfat in the last 2.5 months and now I'm proud to be a 10% BF male
. I'm 5"7 and 160 lbs.
I'm the webmaster of
Strength Training - Gottasport.com (i hope you won't consider this as spamming
) and have primarily joined the site, to gain inspiration to write about on my site.
