Lightbulb heya!

Heya! I'm 18 yrs old, 5'7'' and 172 lbs... or 170cm and 78cm. My goal is to reach 130lbs or 60kg.

I've been having issues with food for the past five years and it all started with a narrow stint of anorexia back in seventh grade. Afterwards, my hormones went out of control and I had a thyroid gland problem so I put on weight like crazy, not to mention being constantly unhappy and a workaholic in high school leading to even more snacking and binging while getting those assignments done. Now I'm in college and although I'm *trying* to be healthy, I'm STILL gaining and it's really annoying me. I mean, if it doesn't stop I'll end up being some pig with a BMI of 67 and die in my sleep as my arteries get clogged or something. Okay, so maybe I AM exagerrating slightly now but the bottom line is THIS - I'm scared and I DON'T want to gain another pound/kilo/whatever. As a matter of fact, I want to LOSE weight.

Why?
1) Shopping. Love clothes, love fashion, but want to actually try some of it myself!
2) I'm named after a Bond girl (Thanks mommy and daddy!) and kinda have a unique name so ppl keep asking me where it's from. Feels utterly EMBARRASSING to have to explain when well, you're named after a Bond girl but are eons away from it in terms of looks. It really DOES kill my self-esteem.
3) Health. I mean, who wants to die due to clogged arteries? Besides, I gotta be eating the wrong foods these days as I'm constantly fatigued!

I've been trying just about everything and anything to lose weight over the past few years, from more exercise to calorie counting to just eating healthier. I'd lose a bit then gain all of it back the moment late nights and homework assignments would take up so much time because well, studying makes ya hungry but you're sitting at you're desk the whole bloody time. So I'm trying out fatloss4idiots.com at the moment and shall be starting as of tomorrow. Hope it works and wish me luck!
