Hello folks,
I am a pretty active person (when I'm not at my desk at work) and try to maintain a healthy balanced
diet. Over the past couple years my goals have revolved around losing
pounds and looking trim but recently my primary focus has shifted to just "becoming a healthier me". To be honest, I want to stop obsessing over a few
pounds and just focus on living a healthier lifestyle - cutting back on the booze, eating heart healthier foods, switching to organic, cutting out caffeine etc. I've decided that this will be MUCH better for myself in the long run then vainly just looking at the number on my scale as a measurement of my success. I hope to learn as well as give and receive support with all of you. Thanks.
