the first step is eating smaller portions, once my stomach shrinks I will be following a more strict plan that is high in protein n low in carbs.
eating healthy and working out did work for me in the past, I used to run for five kilometers/5 times a week, lifted weight and joined
cardio dance classes too! but unfortunately I had a surgery affected all that, I was kept away from exercising for two months now, and most of my efforts fadded away
I have a simple home
gym: treadmil, sit-up master, twister, free-weight set, and an exercising ball... I also have a
gym membership for aerobic classes
I am not exercising at the current time, I want to start my half-hour monrning walking but do lack the motivation!
