Hi everyone! My name is Mia and I'm from St. Louis, Mo. I'm a college student and mom of a 4 year old daughter. Right now my healthy regimen consists of Slim Fast Optima for breakfast and lunch, drinking tons of water, and walking my daughter to and from school as well as walking around the campus where I attend school. I do not eat pork or red meat and I do not fry unless it's an Asian stir-fry. I enjoy walking but I'm looking for something a little more fast paced, so I've been doing some research on workout tapes. I really enjoy aerobics and dancing so if anyone has a DVD they can recommend I would greatly appreciate it. I hope to make some new friends, give a helping hand and give/recieve support as needed. Cool, I tried Tae Bo a few years ago and it was really fun. I think belly dancing has got me curious because I've never done it. I've heard good things about it though.

Tae bo is great ... Bily Blanks rocks! I've been interested in strip aerobics so that's something too? hmm ... there are so many to chose from! Pilates is sooo great for toning!
Welcome, this is a great positive step for you. I agree with the belly dancing, they teach it just down the street from me and when I get the nerve I will take a walk over. Sounds like you are on the right track. Keep us posted.
