Bigreen, I changed my diet to mostly low cal foods and I have been lifting weights and doing cardio. So far I have lost 20 lbs in 30 days. My goal is to lose 20 more before Thanksgiving. Things are going great, I had forgotten how good things like grapefruit, broccoli and cottage cheese taste. I really haven't had to change the amount of food I was eating just how and when I eat it. Recipe sites have been a huge help in keeping main courses flavorful and interesting. Anyway I wanted to say hey and mention that I am off and running, hopefully I can learn something here. |
