Hi everyone, I am very new, not only to this community but to posting itself. I wanted to introduce myself, i am 29 - 30 in 2mths!! I live in Australia and have just come back from my first trip through Europe! It was amazing. I have decided to do a detox as i ate and drank like a champ. I have put on 8kgs over the past year and i need some support in getting back to my goal weight. I thought by starting of with a detox that would help me get back on track to eating really healthy again. I started today on the Lemon Detox... has anyone been on this and offer me any sound advise.

As for the lemon detox, my advice to you......




Stay as close to a bathroom as possible. HA! On a serious note, I'm just curious as to why you decided to do a detox. Also, you do realize you're mainly just losing water since lemon's a natural diuretic, yes?
