Rep Power: 0 | | | Hello from Ireland Hi everyone, I`ve been lurking round these boards for months just taking in the wonderful success stories and the dedication of people to want to make a change to their life.
I decided I wasnt happy with my body or life about 2 and a half years ago and embarked on a new lifestyle. I have now lost 70lbs through eating properly and exercise and no weird or extreme diets. I decided to introduce myself and hopefully give some advice to others who are starting their journey or are stuck in a rut. See ya around |

Rep Power: 0 | | | I`ve basically reached my goal weight and am around 165lbs now, but would like to increase my muscle mass a bit and lower my bf %. I`m going in to have a Tummy Tuck and some lipo on my chest which will completely transform me and give me the confidence and happiness I need to fulfill my goals in life in a new body. I hit the gym about 3 times a week and play rugby aswell as a couple of other sports so I lead an active lifestyle. I just need proper tips on how to add muscle definition on my upper body as I do very little weight training, and alot of cardio at the moment. Thats my story anyway so will speak to you guys soon. |
