Well, my name is Brittnay, but most people call me Britty, so you all can refer to me as that too.
I'm new to this forum, and thought I'd stop in and meet some people.
I have had success with weight loss in the past, however, I ended up failing miserably.
In less than a year I went from 183 lbs down to my lowest weight of 130 lbs. It was quite difficult to stay at 130, so I bumped it up to around 135-138. I felt comfortable, beautiful, and it was easy to maintain that weight with exercise.
Sadly, I ended up getting a job with longer hours. Combining that with school, homework, and trying to fit in sleep, the weight crept back on. I'm now at 183 lbs again, and I'm so disappointed in myself.
Time to start it up again! I hope to lose weight again and keep it off this time!
I know that i can do anything if I set my mind to it...
