Hi everyone!
I am a 22 yr old female weighing in at 187 pounds(weighed a week ago and was dissapointment and decided not to weight myself for sometime!) I have never been a member of any weight loss support group, so i decided to give it a try. I have always been over-weight in my life which i did change a number of times but i keep going back again.After 4 yrs i return to my heighviest and believe me its not something im proud of.Having lost weight before and knowing i shouldnt gain only adds to the despair and embarassment i feel whenever i eat and still dont stop myself.Since the past whole yr i have been putting off exercise and a healthy lifestyle for reasons unknown and i know i have to change so to get things in prespective and to lose weight once i again! so here i am!

.Do you think calling yourself fatty helps? I don't think putting yourself down does you any good, you have to better yourself, and you can lose those pounds, I believe you can, just know nothing is ever easy. take care.
