Question Just a quick question...

Hello everyone
Im new and thought I would say hi

Well my plan is to lose 2 pounds a week, I know it will take a lot of effort...but I know I can do it!

The only part I am a bit confused about is the diet plan.
I have read both books and they both sound pretty good.
One was the 3 Hour Diet...it sounds resonable, and the secoond book was called The Formula: A personalized 40-30-30 Weight loss Program, both books have a pretty balanced diet... regardless of which diet I choose...I will be doing cardio and adding weight training 3 times a week.
I was just wondering if anyone had any opinions on which plan I should use.

pick a plan that you can stick with for the rest of your life - one that doesn't deprive you but allows you to enjoy your favorite foods in moderation = and doesn't cut out any major food groups.
