hi all,
1st time in a weight loss forum,but i' m not leaving untill i get rid off piles of fat destroying my life.
i've been married since 3years and i' ve gained 20kg after 2 pregnancys,i started diet and exercise yesterday...it feels good but its still a long way.drinking lot of water & hanging my premarriage pics and actual pics on the fridge helps a lot
wish me luck.
