Rep Power: 0 | | another newbie rolling in! Hi! (just another newbie here)
I am 28 and have a chunk or two to lose. As a nursing student, I feel now more than ever that I must lose weight. I am off to a great start having exercised and cut calories significantly for the past week. My energy level is already on the up and up!
Given my background, I actually know quite a bit about health, nutrition and exercise. I am actually a certified personal trainer...though you could be too in a weekend as long as you know your anatomy and physiology. Regardless, I am well educated in health and am disappointed that I have not done better for myself.
But, nevermind that and on to the future. I am lurking around the threads and am enjoying the readings as well as available tools. Off to peek around s'more. |

Congrats for taking control. It's impressive to work exercise and healthy eating into what must be a hectic schedule with nursing school--keep up the good work! |
