I'm Delisha, mom of three littles ones and married to my wonderful husband Clarence. We live in Minnesota but we are Louisiana natives. I don't think I'll ever get use to these bruttle winters.I lost the weight before, so I know I can do it again. My goal is to lose 46lbs. by July 2008. I think its totally doable and realistic. I am not doing Atkins or anything like that. I just watch my calorie intake and exercise five times a week. I wasn't employed the last time I lost the weight, so this time its gonna be a little challenging but I'm very determined because I have a ton of clothes in my closet that I'm NOT giving away Good luck to you all on this journey.

Welcome! I finally gave up on ever getting back into my skinny clothes and gave them all away. Now I'm finally losing weight. Who woulda thunk it. lol

Maybe working will make it easier for you this time. I know my weekends are harder to stay away from all the munchies. You can do this no matter what as long as you remember who you are doing this for & why.

We are worth it & we will do this.
