Steve does have a point. Though make sure you get comfortable with all the other changes before you add in some stuff like: green leafy veggies (spinach or broccoli), maybe swap the orange juice for an orange, and swap high fiber (low calorie) bread for the rice cakes if they sell that in the U.K. (look for bread that is 40cal per slice with 3-4g of fiber per slice, might be marketed with words like "fiber" or "net carbs".

Keep up the good work and congrats on adding back breakfast.

Right, but I was talking more along the lines that her protein and efas look low.

i'm back

its been a while ,almost 2weeks,many things happened...good and bad.i always like to start with the bad
-i cut my diet for almost one week
-i eat lot of chocolate

i'm back on track for more than one week now,i felt really bad but the good news is that i didnt gain weight thank god...i lost one more kilo so now i'm 86kg...i stopped the exercices wich is a bad thing i know...everyday i say leave it for tomorrow...

i raised my intake to 1500clories so i will not feel frustrated and fall again...it feels good.

i can see that i have a waist line now and i'm so happy about it...

The past is the past. I went off the wagon for about a week but kept things reasonable. Yesterday was not a healthy eating day for me.

That said, I'm putting myself in position to win today and over the long haul.
