Well, I've tried the whole low calorie/low
fat thing, visited with several nutritionists, etc, and it has just not worked for me. Even when combining that with walking and using exercise videos. I would never have any significant
weight loss. Sometimes a couple of
pounds, but then it would just come right back plus more. A couple of weeks ago, I decided to try eating based on the glycemic index. I really hope it works. Most of the time, it just seems like I lose my motivation, which is why I was searching for a
weight loss forum that I could visit often and be inspired.
