Wink Here we go!
Well I saw a picture of myself at the youth Christmas party at our church. Not good. I saw the signs. Pants tighter, shirts pulling but I denied it. Then I saw the picture. When I lived in RI I had a weight bench in the basement. When I moved to North Carolina it was something that I was going to get to. 2 years later, I've let the weight creep back. So, no more slack diet, (goodbye hushpuppies!) and I've signed up to a gym that is on my way home from work. Here we go!
