New here and I come with lots of motivation!

Hi all! I just registered, but have been using this site for a while.

A little about me

My name is Celeste, I am a stay at home mom to 4 kiddos. Travis (5), Amelia (3) Bryson (19 months) and Ryan (3 months) Im 26 years old, married for 3 years on the 8th of this month, been with him though for 8 years.

Some of my weight loss history
My highest weight was 222. I weighed that 2 months before I got pregnant with Ryan. Using VERY unhealthy techniques I lost 25 lbs. I am really greatful for getting pregnant for other then obvious reasons. I spent 9 months thinking about my lifestyle, how I would never want my children to suffer from any form of ED (anorexia and bulimia in my case, something I suffered from all though my teenaged years, and went back to to lose weight before I got pregnant) I made a pact with myself and my husband (whome I told about my ED while I was pregnant) that I would never go back to thgat, and I would do things the right way. I wanted to be thin yes, but also healthy. I have been working very hard now I am currently 185.8 lbs, though before Christmas I was 183.8 ~ oops I am quite upset with myself for gaining a couple of lbs, BUT I know it will come off.

I am 5'1", 185.8 lbs and though I am proud of myself for continuing to lose weight, still have a ways to go. Currently for exercise, I train very hard, and include lots of strength training, pilates, aerobic cardio and LOTS of walking. Generally I work out at least 5 days a week and for "diet" I am low cal low fat, low sodium.

Im looking for an environment where there is no slacking. I want people to kick my butt lol I know it sounds stupid, but I thrive off of competition and motivation from others. Christmas was the only time I have slacked in 3 months and I dont intend on doing it again until next christmas lol

Well there is me in a nut shell. I look forward to working hard with you all, and reaching our goals!

welcome Celestemomof4, I am already challenged just by seeing that you have 4 kids close together and still find time to excercise! Way to go, and I see now that I have no excuse. I also am a stay-at-home mom but my 3 kids' ages are 12 (almost 13) 3 and 1. How in the world do you do it? or are you one of those wonder women who get up at an ungodly hour to fit in excercise? I wish I was a morning person. I usually have to wait for my other half to get home from work so I can take off for a work-out.

You know I have contimplated getting up early, almost every day, yet it never happens LOL

Really rough layout of my day. Get up around 8am, feed kids, play and clean. Get 19 month old down for nap, put 3 month old in swing/exasuaser/jolly jumper, give the 5 year old and 3 year old an activity to keep them busy and do my work out by 10:30am, usually lasting 30-40 minutes. Alot of the time the 5 year old and 3 year old work out with me lol After my work out, I clean up, get lunch ready and gather up allllll the kids and take my oldest to school which takes me for a 4.8km round trip both times walking him to and from school.

Basically I have NO time during the day to sit and relax. But I get plenty of time in the evening so its all good

I just posted in the challanges folder to see if there was one I could join. Alot of them seemed to have already started and I am a day late signing up
