Wink belly question for those with experience.

i have a big belly after having 2 children...i have 16kg more to lose.

can anyone tell me is it possible to get rid of my tummy with just diet and abs...its becoming more saggy than before since i started diet or shall i go for surgery without losing my time?

i need advise from someone who had the same problem...

I'm not someone who has experienced having children or saggy skin, lol.

But I'll provide my 2 cents...

It depends. Sometimes surgery is about the only resort. However, the reason it depends is skin elasticity has a lot to do with age and genetics. I've seen people lose ass loads of weight with no problems with saggy skin. I've seen the flipside to that coin too.

My advice would be to continue with your weight loss and see what happens. I'd also be lifting weights using a balanced routine too, not just abs.
