I'd like to answer a few recently asked questions ....
Are There any rules?
Not really....we welcome everyone's opinion, but we do ask that you are not offensive or hurtful to others. We also prohibit spamming. this means no links to websites promoting ANYTHING in your posts or signatures. if we see one in your signature, we will politely ask you to remove it. if it is not removed within a respectable amount of time your entire post will be deleted.
How do you set up your signature, avatar, and ticker?
To set up your sig. you'll need to go to USER CP. Then click on Signature, You can add a ticker bar, any pic or your favorite saying. Make sure to click on save!
To set up your avatar (the little pic beside your username), again, go to USER CP. Then click on Avatar. You can upload your favorite pic there. Just make sure it isn't bigger than 80x80
To use your ticker, most go to tickerfactory, make your ticker and copy the BBC code. Then go to your sig. page and paste it there. If you are doing a weight loss ticker, you will need to make a new ticker every time you update your loss.
I hope I got everything. If I left anything out, let me know
