I currently weigh 168 and stand at 4'7. I want to be 110. I started to be more aware of my eating habits and caloric intake around xmas. After the holidays I notice i've been eating around 1300 calories. I went to about.com and they had some sort of index type thing that said I should intake 1936 calories. After figuring i need 500 less to lose weight I am just under the 1400 calorie mark. My diet isn't very healthly and I am on a $155 budget with food.
I walked a mile today and it took a half hour, with two rest periods.
So I guess I am here to learn some tips on weightloss, some healthy meals and beginner exercises.
