Hi

I'm a newbie, I'm married fifties and live in Cornwall UK. I have been told by my Dr to lose about 7 stone..nothing new there..been there done it...then regained it...this time I want it to be permanent..and now I've found this forum I hope I will get loads of motivation...!!!

Funny, I just read the story about the man who lost 120 pounds doing a boot camp program. He said he had the same problem gaining weight back after dieting. It's a very inspirational story - and I'm going to try to put the details up on the fitness.com homepage in the next week or so. Anyways, good luck with your goal!!!!

Haha sorry about that I'm 22 years old and right now I'm working selling furniture...I know sounds exciting huh.... i started out at 288lbs and I'm currently at 278 and I want to get down to 140. I'm basically just trying to cut out sodas and junk food and I've started walking. I've been reading the boards to get some tips on food plans and exercises that have worked for you all...again thanks for the welcome
