Hi,
I am going to try really hard to lose quite a bit of weight. I have a beautiful little girl that will be 2 years old in December and I want to be healthy for her. I also want her to be proud to be seen with her mommy. I will appreciate any help.  |

I have been yo yo dieting sense high school. I have always been overweight. I am a emotional eater I think that is my main problem. For the first time in my life I feel I really need to do this for me and my daughter. My dad had a massive heartattack at age 46 and died. I will be 39 in Dec and it scares me. Although I have been to the Dr. and have a perfect bill of health. Only thing is I am overweight. But I am muscular some have always been in my legs. My downfall I know ARE THEM CARBS  ! i ALSO THINK WITH THE HELP OF ALL OF YOU i CAN DO THIS! Yesterday I walked 2 miles. I love walking and I have no problems excercising its the carbs when i stress or get emotional I crave them like an addiction I guess you would say! |

Rep Power: 0 | | Hey! I am a Newbie as well, and I also weigh 230lbs. I just joined the weight loss challenge that started on Tuesday. They are doing the newbies verses oldies challenge this time, which ever team loses the most weight wins. I think you can still join the magenta team if you go and ask today. We still need two more people for team Magenta!! You should, it will be fun, and it is a good source of motivation! Good luck on losing weight! | |
