| Hello! I'm 18, and started coming here when I was 16 like you. We're close in body weight/goals, so I can understand where you are coming from.
Portion control is a great way to start, if you eat too much all the time, try to cut back, then, just exercise and get moving. Then, once you start with those small steps start adding more, choosing better meals, less fatty foods, more water, that kind of thing.
I also suggest heading over to the Weight Loss Diary section and starting a diary there. In your blog there you can rant, praise, tell, express yourself and get support from a lot of people who are going through the exact same thing that you are going through right now!
