newcomer from denver

hi my name is nicci and again i am new to this site. I am trying to loose weight like everyone else. I really dont think I am doing that bad eating though I dont eat until 8pm at night then bed at 10pm whihc is prob bad. I could use some exercise help. My husband is not overweight but I am. I am starting at 200lbs and would like to loose a goal of 40lbs. Any suggestion would help. thanks

Hello and welcome..I would suggest that you DO eat before 8! is that the only time that you eat in a day?

nope actually im trying to eat about every 3 hours small meals. but i dont get home till 8pm from work then i cook dinner. Though trying to also teach myself proportions also. which is not that easy.

ohh ok! Well since you get home that time, its really not much you can about eating ealier. you might want to try to eat a little more for lunch and something lighter for dinner since its so close to bed time. Hope you ahve a good week!
