Hi all. I am new and ready to kick butt. I have already started some of my life changes and feel a whole lot better already. But in order for me and all of us to succeed, we need to have fun doing it. I hope to be able to help others with the motivational aspect of losing weight but I am in need of the motivational jabs once in a while too.
