
Hello all!! I just wanted to say Hi and hope that I can find a few people that can help me accomplish what I want too. I really want to lose some weight but seem to be stuck, not gaining

I think that idea of challenges is great and can't wait to get involved in some. I also like the weight ticker that i saw on another post - i will play around and look around and see if i can get it added.
If anyone has any good ideas about how to lose 30# as quickly and SAFELY as possible I am up for any tips and tricks!!
