Hello everyone! Just want to say hi. Looking to remove my belly and meet some people to get through this once and for all. I have tried all diets over the years and it is all a waste of time. I need some support and am glad I have found this forum.

I want to eat healthy and get my body working for itself in the right direction. Now I have reached my 30's I see friends having kids and enjoying life. I want to do the same sometime soon but want to be fit to take on these challenges.

Loosing weight is not something men talk about, in fact we are not very good at this at all, so hopefully I can chat to a few people here and we can support each other in the virtual world.

Anyone else out there wanting to make their life healthier and happier then please say hello.
