New girl

Hi all! I joined this forum as I hope I´m not alone in d quest to loose weight and control my primitive urges to feed and store energy supplies in my body. I have always flactuated in weight and have now reached 67kg, too much for my tiny frame of 1.5m I have tried to attend dance and martial arts classes but have always been too broke in the past 2 months. Today I have eaten 3 cheesecakes in d morning and a juice and took a stacker. I´m always on d go during d day as I work in a lab, so I will try to eat again only before going to bed. Wish me luck and feel free to share your current situations with me

This seems an awfully lot like spam. If not, than my apologies.

So tell me, does this sound sensible?

"I want to lose weight. I just ate half a cheesecake."

I don't get it.

i'm wondering if something got mistranslated...

english is clearly not the user's first language...

though stacker is quite clearly understood..

If you read the instructions on the diet pill you're taking - it will generally say pill is only effective when combined with exercise and sensible diet -the exercise and sensible diet will get you where you want to be- you don't need pills...

Hmm, nobody was insulting you. If that's how it seemed, my apologies. I assure you that was not my intent.

So then, if you are trying to lose weight, why did you decide to go with 3 pieces of cheesecake for breakfast?

My intent is never to push someone around, so you can use that to answer your own question.

is cheesecake what we know it as in the US?

a very sweet creamy dessert made from cream cheese, butter, sugar, eggs, and graham crackers?

why would you have 3 pieces of it- that's a pretty big portion... especially for someone who says they want to lose weight?

Cheesecake is very fattening in the part of Europe that we find England. Possibly Malta has a unique recipe!
