Hi, I just joined and have a few questions. I am a college student, and I have been gaining weight all this school year. I am 20 year old 5'9" 229 lb Male. I walk at least 45 minutes a day to and from class. I eat salads once or twice daily, and yet I still have been gaining weight. I have gained around 12 lbs since September. Any advice? Eat less? |

Eat less? | Taking any medications like steroids for conditions? Alcohol? What are you eating at other meals? Are you tracking your calories?
Need a bit more information than that to get us by... |
