Hi, Just a little about myself...

I am a proud mom of a beautiful 7yr old girl and I married the love of my life in June of 07. I have struggled w/my weight my whole life. While pregnant w/my daughter I put on about 50lbs!!!!! I kept it on for about a year while going though a really nasty split w/my then husband. I finally lost all of it when my daughter was about 2 1/2 . Since then I have meet a married my wonderful husband. We have been together 5 yrs in April 08 and over the past 4 yrs I have put all that weight back on +10 . I have tried almost every fad diet out there and nothing was really helping. I finally just had enough and went to see a nutritionist and came up w/ a great meal and exercise plan...now I am on my way.....I have been reading lots of the post on this site and it seems to be a really supportive place...glad I found you all.

Its mostly just common sense...but its nice to sit down w/someone who is not trying to presure you into buying their food or pill ...etc...

Completely understand.... there's a lot of gimmicky crap out there that gets pushed as The Answer on a daily basis when in reality.... the common stuff stuff is what works when applied on a consistent basis.
