I want to lose pregnacy weight
Hello,

My name is Rae, and I'm a first time Mom... I'm really scared, b/c I've gain 30lbs
while being pregnant, and I want to lose it all and more. The problem is, I don't know where to start. I have a treadmill and bike in my house, but I need some advice on how to start my work out and what to eat... I want to be small again. Can someone help me get on the right track!

You can find great advice about exercise and nutrition on this site. Just look around
I would also suggest starting a diary of your own. It's great help for keep track of your progress and a great way to receive other people's support.
I'm sure you'll enjoy this place!
