Hi, new to this site and new to the world of forums so bare with me. I started Dr. Bernstein's Diet clinic three weeks ago and was hoping to connect with others that have gone this route. Great results so far. Never thought I would get to the point of paying to stop eating but after years of losing only the first 20 pounds and giving up, I needed something that was guaranteed to work. Hope I can find others that have done Dr. B and have info to share.
From my first look it seems there are a lot of motivated losers (in a good way) out there so if nothing else I'll find some inspiration.
