Red face New Dilema.

Okay, so its been two weeks since my diet has begun, and I managed to lose 4-5 pounds. What i find really upsetting is that, when i eat, i instantly gain it back. Yet when i wake up in the morning, It seems like i gained nothing and I'm back to my 4-5 pounds loss weight; so its all good but, overall, its very annoying.

I'm just so concerned because of this fact, and it worries me because it fools me and makes me think that i lost nothing in the long run. I'm doing everything by the book and I want to see greater results faster (once again, I'm very impatient: one of my worst vice).

I just need some advice i guess. I'm not so much obsessed about losing weight but i guess I'm just afraid that i will end up that way (so concerned that i will lose weight in a negative and harmful way). I just really want to lose at least 20-30 pounds in a 3-4 months, and two weeks are already over.

Also, i think my scale is retarded because its so old and that makes me even more frustrated lol. But besides the point, i just want to see more results, i don't feel too happy about my 4-5 pounds loss anymore, in fact it motivated me even more at first. I eat healthier now but there are times where i may eat something unhealthy and makes me even more worried. HELP, i need guidance.
