Hi all

Hello everyone! I'm twinky and have been battling weight issues for the past four years...ever since i got married actually..u see my husband dotes on me and has been treating me to "good food" in lots of places, and ive been packing the pounds..and plus I have a a heel spur which prevents me from running and because of a shoulder problem I have been advised not to lift weights...but theres toinnes more i can do like walk, cycle, SWIM!!!, but after handling work and home, it kind of becomes a drag and i dont feel motivated...but thats no excuse so Im hoping the nice people here will help me get motivated...and also! im a food freak...im a vegetarian ...but i love good food...and as luck would have had it...i love carbs...so its difficult giving up everything at one shot...
ok my present weight is 65 kgs and i have to reduce 10kgs at the least...my ideal weight is 50...(im rather short) Im going to do it one way or another...but I really would like to interact with people who r also trying to lose weight!!! :-)

I started doing the best in my time of dieting after coming to this site, so allow me to be the first to say a good group of supportive people can be very helpful on a weight loss journey!

You should check outTHIS LINK to figure out your daily needs with regards to fat,carbs, protein, and calories. I started doing this on a regular basis recently and so far it's been working well, so if you commit to it for a while, it can become the big key to successful weight loss.
