hi everyone,
Hope you are all well, my name is Becky and im really trying hard to lose weight, i started to diet at the end of 2006 as i was 17 stone 3lbs and as you can probably imagine not very fit - haha. i lost some weight but then in jan 07 fell pregnant so the dieting was on a stand still untill 6 weeks ago. deciding to get back on track i weighed myself, i was 15 stone still not very healthy for my hight and age. since then i have lost 21.5lbs so am doing fine and my bmi has dropped aswell, i still have a long way to go to get to my 9stone 12 lbs target and am looking forward to hearing other peoples tips and storys on how they are getting on.
Welcome Becky! These forums are jam-packed with all sorts of tasty information and recipes, so get to digging! Stickies are a good place to start. Do you have any ideas for your nutrition/exercise plans? What's your target weight? How much IS a 'stone' anyway? I guess I can look that one up on my own, hah.
