hey, i just signed up and came to say hi, my name is Darcy Hart, im 15 years old and im from Portsmouth, England. Oh and I am a male despite the name. I weigh between 17-18 stone and I WANNA LOOSE IT! now im not like some people who have 3 dinners, i just dont eat the right things and do snack quite a bit. oh and i am 6 1"

What's your plan to lose the weight?
There's nothing wrong with snacking -there's no reason why you have to be subjected to a lifetime of carrot sticks and celery... make this a lifetime plan and learn how to eat properly.

have you talked to your family about your goals?

kinda

im always on or off of a diet, not any diet plan but after watching a helth programe i just think about it for about 2 days, so nothing great i just kinda fades out.

then obviously "diets" aren't working for you and you need to come up with a solid, healthy plan for eating that you can stick to.
