Hi, I am a 28 year old military wife. My husband has been overseas for over a year and will be back home in less than 6 weeks! Anyway, I want to lose 20 pounds. His coming home is my motivation to get started! My short term goal is to lose maybe 10 lbs by the time he gets home. I want to hopefully get some support/encouragement/education/motivation here!
That is some excellent motivation. I can't imagine being without a loved one for a year. Take a look around and I'm sure you'll find all that you need.
