Am a 34 year old guy who is probably 30-35 pounds overweight. I have been a pretty serious weight lifter for years and am doing well strength wise, but I skimp on cardio and that, combine with work and general life stress has added the pounds. I have never made a serious effort to drop weight, so this will be my first. Nice to meet everyone.
What are your plans diet wise? You might want to start a diary (or as the men like to say, a jornal or progress reports, lol) You can list what you ate and what you did excersize wise there. Writing things down tends to help you stay focused.

Thanks. I am keeping a journal and as I try to ramp up my cardio, I am trying to cut back on the majority of bad things I eat on a weekly basis (ie: breakfast @ McDonalds because I am rushing, etc.)
