Hi there.
Hi all,

Just arrived. My name is Robert. I quit smoking a couple of months ago and piled on quite a bit of weight. I'm 5ft 6in with a small build and went from 135lbs to 155lbs in this period. I'm in my forties now and find that losing it is proving very difficult. In fact losing any weight at all is hard right now. Hoping this place can help. Take care.
