Well, this will be a new thing for me. I have never joined an online support group before but I live so far from my friends. But I need to lose weight (again), and am starting weight watchers program on my own. My wife is thin, (but complaining about her weight and has stopped dieting for now). I will not, I want to be thin again. I began to gain weight 10 years ago and was up to 255 (I am 5'9") and am down to 238. I want to keep going, but it is beggining to come to that point where I am hungry all the time. Some days it feels like success, and other days, like today, it sucks out loud.
hey Brian. welcome to WLF! read around the stickies especially in the nutrition section if you are feeeling hungry. everyone has days like you are saying. start a diary and you will find support throught that.good luck with your journey.
