Rep Power: 8 | | Hello good to hear from you! I hope you are doing well and really think about a membership. It has helped me keep my stress level low. It is great it is the best hour I spend on myself each day. There are days I can't make it and I feel bad. I have come to enjoy it very much. Keep of keeping on Hope you have a great week. Tina |

I wanted to write a little about my week. I have done really well this week I have pushed myself with lifting and bumping up the amount when needed to. I do about 40 min of cardio each day. I try to push myself to run harder and increase my calories burned and the distance. But I find that I have not been able to really see much difference so far. I feel like I am pushing myself but don't seem to see it getting any easier. That is on the treadmill now on the arc trainer that is different.
On the arc trainer I started at level 2 and now I am able to do level 6. So that really make me happy. But I have been keeping track of my progress. It is the best thing i started doing because you may feel like you had a bad day but when you look back no you have the same day you had yesterday. And that makes you feel good. Having the same day is better than having a lesser day. But anyway I hope everyone has a great weekend. Tina |

Rep Power: 0 | | | Hi Tina, take courage, TODAY IS THE DAY. The past is in the past, you can only affect TODAY.
You have been here before and you have overcome - this is only a little hump, you will get back on track and all your momentum back
Cheers |

Rep Power: 8 | | You are so right. The past is in the past. Today I was back in the gym and I really pushed myself I feel. I increased all of my weights by 5 lbs and most by 10 lbs. So I will really feel it tomorrow but now I feel great. I must say it really does feel good to hurt from a good workout. So back at it tomorrow to feel the burn lol Take care Tina |

Rep Power: 8 | | Thank you MissJellyBelly. You know it is funny how you can become to love something you never even liked before. I enjoy the weights and pushing myself.
Like this weekend we went ice fishing and there was a good amount of snow on the pond. Well, it was about 1/2 mile out from the cabin where the guys were fishing so we started walking with snowshoes toward them. Easy going due to the fact that they had made a path with the snowmobiles. So I made it all the way out there and decided I needed to go to the woods. Well, keep in mind that we were maybe 75 yards from the woods. So I started walking in the snow that had not snowmobile path (about 16 inches of snow and an inch of ice). It was very hard going and everyone said just stop there and go(had to empty my bladder). Well, I thought about it for a second and said no way will I stop now. That is how I got overweight in the first place by not pushing myself. So I made it to the woods heart a racing and wouldn't you know it I did not have to go anymore. ha ha well not at first.
My point is if I don't push myself everyday to do more work harder I will stay the same and see now results. There are days you just can't push yourself but on the days you do push even harder.
So this weekend was good for the shoeing not so much for the eating and drinking. I still want to be apart of the crowd not the one who can't enjoy the foods that other people can. I always allow myself a little of those foods so I don't feel deprived. I will work it all out I have to or I will be the same forever overweight and unhappy.
Boy I have run on today sorry guys. My plan is to go snowshoeing today I think it is going to be pretty warm. Talk more later. Have a great week everyone. Tina |

Rep Power: 8 | | | Well I made it thru the weekend and was able to exercise both days. I did much better this weekend than I did the last. I hate not being able to eat the same things as my friends. But I am getting better at it. I did drink more than I should have it is so hard living in the Northeast in the winter. Can't use it for an excuse forever. Talk more later. Tina |

Rep Power: 8 | | | I don't have too much to say today. I was sick last week and only got to workout once. It really sucks because I feel that this week I have to start all over again. But I will get back on that horse so to speak. Tina |

Rep Power: 8 | | I am having a hard time this week as well as last week. I am sick and have no desire to go and work out. I know I should but my whole body hurts. So as soon as I feel better I will hit it hard again. Tina |

Nobody feels like doing anything when they're sick, especially when it comes to working out. Your body is tired, your heads hurt...oooh, the humanity!
Good luck. |

Rep Power: 8 | | | Thanks you are right but man you feel like you have lost the battle. I feel like I am starting all over again 20lbs heavier. I know that is not true but I think you know what I mean. I will get over this attitude and get right back at it. We got over a foot of snow last night and it is still snowing now so don't know if I will make it out today. I love the snow but man that is allot at one time. Talk more later.
