Smile hello everyone...I am new here
Hello, I am new here and I am glad I have found this website.

I hope to learn many things and hope I can help with some motivation too.

I was in a car wreck and gained a lot of weight while in recovery (bed rest for 8 months)

I went from a 195 pounds, run 10 miles per day guy to a in bed, eating fast foods guy. After 8 months, I went from 195 to 263. I am now down to 224 pounds and I will get back to a healthy weight soon.
