Hello Friends

I just started about 2 weeks ago. Wanted to say hi to everyone. Just to let you know I will be around for a long time, so nobody can get rid of me...haha.

I just need to stay on track. This place has really kept me focused. I love reading everybody's diary's and advice.....especially at work...hehe.

I not good at giving advice since I am new at all this...I just want to take in words of wisdom.

I am eating really good. I have been working out, which I really hated at first but now I have been craving working out. My nice boyfriend bought me an elliptical and it is in my living room right infront of the tv. I can stay on it forever as long as I dont get bored. Also it is a reminder for me to work out, since that wasnt even my concern in the past.

I have a problem always looking in the mirror at myself, and always commenting to my boyfriend how fat I am. I am pretty sure he is glad I am on a diet, because he is probably tired of hearing that from me. Now I have been looking in the mirror calling myself sexy...haha. over confident...no..but it is encouraging me to keep it up because one day other people will be calling me sexy....so I have to get used to it. I CANT WAIT!!!!!

FRIENDS AND BUDDIES ARE WELCOME TO WRITE: MAYBE WE CAN KEEP TRACK OF EACH OTHER AND ENCOURAGE ONE ANTOHER.

Ok, I am just a little jealous, I love the elliptical, and I would stay on one forever too if it was in front of the TV. Great job on finding this board.

Look for really cool recipes and other excercise tips.

No Brian I am jealous, You have lost more weight than me. I was really bad this past week. Yesterday I went to a pizza buffet. I think I gained 3 lbs from just that alone. On Sat I went dancing and i looked damm good. I dont drink so there werent extra calories. I was happy because everybody noticed my weight loss. They were curious to what I am doing to lose weight. I really didnt want to tell them, I'd rather them be bigger than me...hehe, but I am not that mean.

I am getting tired of eating the same foods....I do need recipes badly. I feel like I am on a rountine of what I eat because I run out of ideas.

HAHA...you are SOOO funny.... KEEP em FAT HUH! ...About the routine...I FEEL ya SISTA....I'm on the ROUTINE too....but I guess what helps me is that on FRIDAY and SAT..my days OFF work, I allow myself to vary it up a little bit, so it keeps me steady throughout the week, and If I do a really LONG workout...I'll give myself a LIL treat!....Ehhh...it's a WORK in PROGRESS...can't be too SQUARE and in the BOX right!.....BUT YOUR DOING WONDERFUL! JUST WANTED TO SAY GOOD JOB!

I also secretly want all my friends to be bigger. But I have an obsessive personality and I now am known for "preachin" weightloss lol. I'm just so excited about seeing results, I want everyone to feel the same way! haha

I am serious about losing my weight. My goal is to lose enough weight so I can get a tummy tuck. I have been dying to do this.....After I had my child (11yrs ago) i have had this pouch that will not go away (not to mention the stretch marks). That is the only part of my body I really hate and feel the fat.

Like I said, I am really serious. I want to be 130 by the end of Sept.

i have been waking up everymorning to workout and i am eating the grossest foods., but I am determined.
