Hi! Im Emilie, Im mummy to a 5 month old baby boy called sam Im 19, 5'4 and currently 168lbs. I put on 4 stone when I was pregnant (56lbs) and I am dying to lose it! Im starting weight watchers today and along with doing that Im going to be trying to exercise as much as possible! Does anyone know if drinking lots of water helps?
My goal weight is 112lbs (my pre pregnancy weight)
